I’m Narayanan — a business operator turned business partner.
For over two decades, I’ve worked inside real businesses — leading teams, fixing gaps, and turning day-to-day operations into organised, result-driven systems.
I started Varada Innovate to bring that same clarity and execution support to founders who want their business to run smoother, grow faster, and feel lighter to manage.
